1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 218 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not authorized to use the 218 platform.
These terms form a binding agreement between you as the user and the 218 platform operator. Continued use of the platform after any terms update will be regarded as acceptance of the updated terms.
The 218 platform is only for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 218 may request age verification at any time and terminate accounts that fail to meet this requirement.
2. Account Creation and Security
- Each user is only allowed to have one registered account. Holding multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in all related accounts being closed.
- Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 218 reserves the right to request identity verification documents to confirm the submitted information.
- Accounts are non-transferable, non-saleable, and cannot be lent to others. Any suspicious account activity will be investigated and may result in temporary suspension.
- Users are solely responsible for keeping their passwords and account login details confidential. 218 will never request your password via any communication channel.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact 218 support immediately and change your password.
- 218 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by users’ negligence in safeguarding their login details.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
Users agree to use the 218 platform only for lawful purposes in accordance with these terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access the platform or manipulate games and bets.
- Committing fraud, including using unauthorized payment methods, false information, or attempting to cheat the platform’s system.
- Collaborating with other players to manipulate betting or game outcomes in any form.
- Using accounts for money laundering or any illegal financial activities.
- Abusing bonus or promotion systems through methods not permitted by 218.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension or closure of accounts, forfeiture of remaining balances, and legal action if applicable. 218 reserves the right to act without prior notice in cases of serious violations.
4. Payments and Transactions in MYR
All deposits are made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted methods include Touch 'n Go, FPX, and local Malaysian banks. Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified by the payment provider. 218 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to account settings.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits. Processing times range from one to three business days depending on the chosen method. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and compliance with 218’s anti-fraud policies. All legitimate winnings and withdrawals are fully owned by the user, subject to these terms.
Users are responsible for verifying transaction details before confirming any payment. Any disputes must be reported to 218 within seven days of the transaction date. 218 will investigate each dispute based on system records. 218’s decision on transaction disputes is final and binding, subject to available internal appeal procedures.
5. Liability Limits, Account Policy, and Intellectual Property
Liability Limits
218 is not responsible for any losses users incur from using the platform, including financial losses from betting and gaming, service interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues beyond 218's control, or indirect losses arising from platform use. 218’s maximum liability to any user at any time is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the past 30 days.
Account Suspension and Closure
218 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that violates these terms without prior notice. Users may also close their own accounts at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any valid balance will be returned via the original payment method, subject to settlement of any pending transactions.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 218 platform—including logos, interface design, text, software, and graphics—is exclusively owned by 218 or its licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using any platform content for commercial purposes without written permission from 218.
Third-Party Links
The 218 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 218 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Using third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
6. Changes to Terms and Applicable Laws
218 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time due to business needs, legal changes, or platform improvements. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via available platform communication channels.
Continued use of the 218 platform after the effective date of any terms changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before their effective date.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
